Have you tried benefibre, my specialist recommended starting at one teaspoon exact measurements, I keep a set of measuring spoons at the office :smile: every day for two weeks, and bump it up by 1/2 teaspoon incriments every week until you find what is working…

Hi Ladies, Just completed Level 1, Day 3. I'm really having a hard time with the latteral lunges, I don't feel like my form is correct. Can anyone offer up some pointers?

One of the girls I work with has a Timex one, I forget the model. She says she really likes it and has never had an issue with hers. I have been looking to get one myself and I have been looking at a Pyle one on Amazon.ca. I have never owned one before, so I'm not sure if Pyle is a good brand or not.

Thanks everyone! This morning I thought I would experiment with what I had instead of making two eggs this morning I scrambled one with some of the silken and mushrooms. My husband looked at me like I had lost my head, but it was alright! I hate things going to waist.

Great Thanks Everyone I will look for the Firm Tofu next time, and Tatya317, I would love a few easy recipes if you have any, and maybe some suggestions as to what I can do with a 3/4 block of Silken.

I have never bought Tofu before I bought Silken, I only used a bit of it, as I wasn't sure if I would like it or not, I also put it in the pan first.

Great thanks for the advice everyone. I must admit I am a bit of an "obsessive virgo", and once I have an idea in my head I have a hard time letting things go. I think I will try to stay away from the scale every morning, and maybe just do it one a week.

OK, someone help me, I have read several forums all to do with the same thing and I am still confused. If my BMR shows as 1631( I used the fitness frog site) , and my activity level is Sedentary ( I sit at a desk all day), am I calculating my equations correctly? 1631 X 1.2 = 1957.2 = TDEE 1957.2 - 500 = 1457.2 = Calorie…

I'm 5'4" trying to lose 40-50 lbs, just starting out though,but I'm down 8lbs so far! It's hard you expect after a few weeks of being so good that the weight is just going to drop off...that's when I have to keep thinking to myself that the weight wasn't put on in a few days so it's not going to come off in a few days!
