I’m 5’3 and want to be 115. I don’t know how I feel when I get to 130 though. I might decide I want to stop, who knows. The only thing I’m after at the end of the day is a flat stomach.

I end up eating a lot of the same foods repeatedly, so when I don't feel like logging it usually isn't difficult for me to keep track. Over all it is a great skill to have, especially if you don't have access to the internet. I do, but sometimes I go to places like up in the mountains where it's harder to get internet.

I’m not just aiming to lose weight. I am aiming to be healthy. Weight loss doesn’t equal health. My dad used to eat very unhealthy but he is a runner. He started to have an unhealthy heart because of what he was eating. The only reason he hadn’t had a heart attack up until a few years ago was because he ran. Now he has a…

You can’t let everything crumble. Keep being yourself. You have to stick to your lifestyle otherwise he will never understand. Change is hard for everyone. Some people have a harder time than others with it. It’s in these times though that you have to be extra firm and dig your heels down in the ground. Stick to it like…

It’s better if you input the exact kind of eggs. Just imputing the type of meal more often than not is inaccurate unless if said meal has the calories listed. Scrambled eggs vary greatly. If I were to log it this is how I would do it. Brand of eggs + input number of eggs in serving section Butter? Or whatever else I use…

It sounds like a lot, but it’s not as hard as it sounds if you pace it. Just make sure you get enough electrolytes. Body balance is important. Like for example, if you drink 10 ounces every hour. Honestly, for me though, I’m content at stopping at 100oz. No matter what you do though at least drink 64oz. 8oz an hour and…

Sadly, this is the reality of people who eat junk. Everyone’s body rebels against healthier food when they switch. You aren’t going to make any progress the way you eat. Your body being used to junk food isn’t a good thing. Yes, you will feel terrible for a while if you try to get off of the junk, but it’ll pass. You’d…

Get one of those giant balls that doubles as a chair. Also there are under the desk bikes.

I've decided to not reply to this topic but I can't delete it.

Stevia is not an artificial sweetener in the first place.

It's basically like this. If you have 1200 and the eat 200 you have a NET of 200. But if you burn 200 calories then your NET goes back to zero. Second example is if you have 1440 and you eat all those calories then your NET is 1440. If you were to burn 240 calories your NET is 1200. So basically your NET is the same amount…

I love it, though I do get times where I just want to stay home and watch Netflix.

I try to eat half. If I'm super hungry I'll just eat them all back. I try to eat something with high protein and fiber.

Great grains and Dave's Seed bread are my most used. My sister buys Grandma Sickamores bread as well.

Go at your own pace. I'm the exact opposite though. When I was at 204 I STARTED with 2 hours of cardio every day. I have crazy patience, energy and stamina. That is just me though. I have gotten better at balancing my workouts. Right now sometimes I do 30 minutes and sometimes I do an hour and then weight training. You…

I'll be honest. I'm reallly healthy the weight I am at now, but I want to be even healthier. Looking better is just a bonus. I'm not doing this for aesthetic reasons.

I'm going for 120, but I might go down to 117. I won't know until I get down to 120.

Whole wheat pancakes with a little butter, pure maple syrup (no added sugar) and milk.

I LOVE all their bars. I use the Cliff Builders Max bars for extremely tough workouts. I like all of them though. My favorite regular cliff bar is the oatmeal raisin.

This, plus sometimes I'll pause for a couple of weeks every 5 or 10 pounds I lose.

I use the Garden of Life protein powders to make breakfast shakes sometimes, because that is the hardest meal of the day for me.

I usually eat half of them back. So far I've been okay doing this.

I'd rather spend the extra money for a higher quality and better product. Slimfast might work for some people, but I've tried better things.

I'm not super strict, but I do keep an eye on them. I eat pretty healthy, so most of the time I don't need to worry.

I am doing a low sugar diet. I've quit trying to do a no sugar diet. Anything with over 3 grams of added sugar is out. All natural sugar is in. Everyone is different, but I personally feel awesome doing this. I can't eat any candy or junk food as an added rule to make sure I don't get reckless.

I'd say it's important for weight loss because it's your body's fuel. Without enough water your body doesn't function as well. I drink 75 to 100 ounces a day. I can tell a difference in how effective my weight loss is now compared to when I didn't drink very much. Plus I just feel really great.

My favorite is lemon cake!

By all of us I meant my family.

Whether you lose weight is up to you. The projected weight loss means nothing if you don't want to lose it. I think you might have your settings wrong. I also personally think you shouldn't lose anything more at your height. That is just my opinion though. I'm 5'3 and my goal is 117

A lot of people under estimate their food intake. I think this is the reason a lot of people only eat back half of their exercise calories. It's probably really more than half.
