I have a few I like, but lately I've been eating the ThinkThin protein bars. I switch up what I eat so I don't get bored. I also love quest bars and the Cliff protein bars.

My mom tells us stories of her treating people with Splenda / sucralose related illnesses. She was once one of those people too. The stuff makes all of us feel bad. Aspartame makes me feel sick, gives me headaches and gives me insomnia.

Of course, sometimes the scale just simply doesn't move. There are other reasons besides eating too much. We'd never plateau if it was that simple.

I fast for the mind and spirit, not the body. That is just me though. I've tried fasting for the body, but fasting is a spiritual practice for me, so I have to have a better reason than losing weight.

I've cut out cheating altogether unless it's a family birthday or holiday.

I saw a girl that became fit by not losing any weight at all. She just gained muscle. She was 183 at the beginning and 183 at the end. You could tell her fat was replaced by muscle. Her belly and stuff was gone.

Rice with chicken, broccoli and cheese sauce. Not separately. You put chicken and broccoli in a pan and pour cheese sauce on it. You cook it in the oven for a while and then dish it out over rice. I'm saving most my calories for it.

I weigh a lot because it helps me know what I'm doing right and wrong. You can learn a lot from the scale, not just weight.

I like the ThinkThin bars, KIND bars, and cliff bars. There are others, but they don't come to mind at the moment. Quest bars are okay, but not my favorite. I like the banana nut one.

My friends are body builders. I think those are the only kind of people that don't have to worry about gaining weight. Cafe Rio is another one I have to be careful with. I think they are healthy, you just have to be careful.

I love my Fitbit charge! I got mine for Christmas a year ago though. I really want a Blaze. Tracking is fun for me.

There is no one size fits all. What works for some people might not work for you.

Stick to 4 months. If you go too fast it won't stick. 4 months for 20 pounds is actually reasonable but you will need discipline. That is a little over a pound to lose every week. But really, I'd drop the time frame, being in a hurry doesn't do anything good.

Really glad I asked this because it turned out really funny. I had no clue doing this makes or would make people feel sick! Oh, just for the record, i usually wait an hour or two after I eat before I work out.
