Do you guys eat out a lot? When I properly log my food I never reach the sodium max. I'm lucky if I get above 1100. I if you look at my diary I've been going over lately, but only because I've been eating out. Stuff like hot pockets, salted nuts and stuff at school. I'm usually around 1000 or something.

I spent half the day eating cake! Yesterday I stayed within my calorie limit, but I didn't eat anything but cake until the evening! Life goes on. I just say tomorrow is a brand new day. I've messed up more times than I can count! You can get through it. You don't have to always eat perfect.

I eat 1500 and burn 300. Thus my NET calories are 1200. I find this makes my life easier. I'm glad the desktop version shows NET calories because sometimes I over burn. I have my calories on here at 1500.

This is normal for starting. I lost 10 my starting week. It is just water weight.

I find having one is a lot of fun. I also have the Aria scale and I use my Fitbit to track my sleep too. I find it very motivating.

When I'm on track I eat 1500 and burn 300. Therefore I net 1200 which is practically the same. I just don't go hungry.

Lemon juice. Drink lots of lemon juice. It helps dissolve them. And I mean pure lemon juice or lemon water.

I try to eat 1500 and burn around 300. Works for me. I figured out a long time ago that just eating 1200 a day is proposterous. Especially with my lifestyle. I'm pretty active.

It's true you can't spot exercise, but I think also eating healthy helps get rid of stomach fat.
