I hated margarine even before I started working at Cinnabon, but I think I hate it even more now that I have to look at bricks of it every time I have my shift. I love the organic unsalted butter from Costco. I also love making my own.

Unless if you have a lot of water weight, then it's okay to lose more than 2 pounds a week. This usually happens at the beginning for me or when I get off track and start getting back on. I lost 5 pounds last week for example. I'm pretty sure most of it was water because I was getting back on track.

Good for you! Keep it up! You look fabulous and it will just keep getting better!

I know I mentioned this one before but I will put a picture this time. HALO TOP ICE CREAM!

You look fine. I just think some peoples visual perception of healthy has gotten messed up. There are a lot of fat people nowadays so I guess people forget what healthy looks like and confuse it with being skinny. It is probably a shock to people's systems.

I jogged for half a mile. Haven't done that since I was 15 or 16. I am 26 now.

I am careful about eating these things. Baked chips Pure orange juice. String cheese Lemon Oreos Sugar wafers Costco cookies Quest bars Kind bars

I love kettle chips!

Chobani yogurt Licorice Kefir Chips and salsa or guacamole. Halo ice cream ( it's so low calorie!)

Imagine this. 2 tortillas and between those tortillas is 200 calories worth of chicken and 800 calories of cheese. I used to buy while bags of candy and chips and eat then while doing homework. Before two years ago almost I sat at the computer all day. I went to the mall and on occasion I took a walk but I was no where…

Well, I like being active. It's pretty high on my list because it helps me fight my anxiety and depression as well. I'm happier when I get out and do stuff, and then of course it helps me lose weight.

Sounds fun!

My dad takes our black lab running up the mountain regularly.

I don't believe in eating white rice. Basmati rice can be white, but it's healthier and then I also eat brown rice.

I just hit the gym and gun it. I've gotten away with eating 1000 calories for breakfast numerous times by just having a lot of discipline and exercising.
-
I just drink a cup of milk a day. I consider anything more to be a waste of calories.
-
Ooh! I like those! Pita chips

I suggest you look around the grocery store. I'm lucky enough to have a store near me that also makes it from scratch. I think 30cals per tablespoon is pretty decent. I love eating it with pita bread.

I don't eat after 9:30. I find I sleep better this way plus I don't like feeling full at night.

Dang, my goal is 115. You make me just want to work harder. I'm also 5'3.

Might just be water weight. It happens to the best of us. Sometimes weight just fluctuates as well.

I personally prefer the lemon ones. Has anyone tried the cinnamon roll ones? I work at Cinnabon and I'm wondering if I should try them.

I got kind of lazy last year and almost gained a third of my weight back. I've gotten back a lot of that progress though from adjusting what I eat and how much I exercise. I've been weighing myself every day this month and it's really teaching me a LOT about what I should and shouldn't do. I don't know if I'll keep doing…

Some of my most successful weight loss happened when I was eating a 1000 calorie breakfast and then hitting it hard at the gym. Plus if you don't eat your body will use your muscle for energy. It also burns fat, but still it's not good. I read you can burn off glycogen really fast this way though as well, so if you really…

I've lost track of the days, but I know I've at least gone every night this year. I usually stop eating after 9:30pm.

Naps under warm blankets after you have been out in the cold walking for an hour are the best! That is what I did yesterday.

I had to find a pic.

I think I may have been like this when I was 13. I never noticed it until now. I reached my goal weight 13 years ago when I was in junior high but I never felt like I was skinny at all. I also gained it all back because I had no idea what I was doing. I have a feeling these two things aren't going to happen this time.…

It's pretty simple, but. I chose to keep my egg and cheese on bread just that and not make it into a full fledged sandwich with mustard and mayo. The thing was 400 calories or so as it is!
