I have never used the product but it does sound like your body is in starvation mode. it thinks there is a famin and wants to store. I use the calorie guide on MFP and eat mostly natural foods where i can, i know it can get frustrating at times

a good heartrate monitor would give you a final tally, it would gauge this on how hard or easy your heart would be working thus recording your exercise, You probly know this

Take a look at your settings, check what weight you are now and is that entered in, this can change your calories. Are you doing more strength training muscle apparently weighs more than body fat. sometimes the scales dont budge sometimes it can be 4 weeks. I've been logging my food in after each meal. I pretty much know what i'll be having for dinner but i still wait till i've had it , just to be sure

If there is a need for sugar in my drink i'll use it. Mainly because i'm trying to keep my food plan as natural as possible to contribute to getting my body healthy. If having a tspn of sugar in your cuppa makes you satified then rather that than craving a sweet snack later in the day.

Hi. Im 111 kgs and used to be very fit, now having an illness I just starting to exercise. I started yesterday. I did 10 mins @ 3.5 rested for a couple of mins then did it again x 3. I felt so proud of myself i had exercised for 30 mins !!! My tip is to break it up, pretty soon we will be doing 30 mins straight up.
