she should give them better nutrition. I understand that some unhealthy food is a lot cheaper and maybe more convenient but having such dental work at 4 years old. No excuse.

have a light dinner, don't restrict food because you messed up. There's tomorrow to redeem yourself, and next time someone upsets you take a walk instead of the cake :P

I workout at night, I'm a student and college isn't open so I'm sleeping in.

Don't be too hard on yourself. It can be a hard habit to break. If you feel the need to binge try and binge on veggies and fruits or exercise to get your calories down. But really, don't feel so guilty. There's always tomorrow to make it up.

wear suitable attire, charge your ipod and go out there don't push too hard though you can't run long distance in one day

I'm sorry but you can only diet for yourself. Maybe if they see you lose weight they'll think different. Otherwise there's nothing you can really do. If they're happy the way they are, remember that.
