Yes me, sometimes it is difficult to manage 3 meals a day with this deficit but I usually eat more and either burn it off or just accept it.

what exactly is she going into? the navy or the army? generally the basic training will get her fit but if she does some light exercise and just enjoy the time she has before she leaves.

I've never really enjoyed it but I couldn't do it without my ipod I need that motivation

I think 10 lbs is good! it may not be as fast as you'd like and some people may have lost more in that time frame but forget about them... but don't give up now, you could probably lose 10 Ibs by then, just switch it up do a different exercise.

I'm not married and I exercise at night when everyone is asleep so nobody is bothered. Just tell her how you feel and how you want her to be supportive.

Well done on your progress but I think he'll just be glad to see you! He won't judge you he's your husband who you haven't seen for 8 months! Just enjoy yourself!

I felt that way but you can't do it overnight just keep going. A little bit longer each time or take shorter breaks. Or try C25K

HRM is the only way to know for sure sorry but on MFP it's about 11 calories per minute? I think

It gets easier (family member in the forces) it is difficult especially first few weeks but push through it, take care of yourself and your baby.

I've felt like fainting but I probably pushed myself too far

I didn't actually realize how overweight I was. Somebody said I looked like I lost some and it started from there.

I live in the North so I doubt it's as expensive as the likes of London but the weather is absolute crap almost everywhere. I've never ever been to America so I can't quite compare.
