never been to a gym before so can you give me some tips? I'm wondering what things are really a no-no I don't want to get on the wrong side of anybody first visit! :happy:
I realise I should have a rest day or two, but to reach my goals I usually don't. I start off the week really good, then I'm in a bit of pain by mid-week, or I'm lacking energy. I have to make up for this and do excess I've just started this routine, will I grow used to it?
