is working out 6-7 times a week bad for me?

I realise I should have a rest day or two, but to reach my goals I usually don't.
I start off the week really good, then I'm in a bit of pain by mid-week, or I'm lacking energy. I have to make up for this and do excess
I've just started this routine, will I grow used to it?

depends on overall workload, intensity, calorie intake, how much sleep you get.... many different factors.
Someone in a calorie excess can handle more work than someone in a 500 calorie deficit for example.
I would advise most people to have at least 1 day off per week.
Recovery is just as important as exercise and what what you have described, sounds like it's too much for you.0
