I'm very beginner I do deadlifts with a 40 lbs kettle ball, squats, chest press 40 lbs, shoulder press 40 lbs and seated row 40 lbs. The first week I started with 20 lbs :)

This is 4 months difference with the right one being today, lost a total of 30 lbs so far and I'm going to keep going until I hit 100lbs lost!

I measured myself and I've lost 21 inches total. Also I buttoned up my size 14 goal pants I just bought (muffin top was hanging out lol but they buttoned!).
