I agree with the ibuprofen after speaking with your doctor. That is what mine suggested and it has made a world of difference.

Hated my curly hair and straighten it for the first 24 years of my life. Finally, gave up with the hrs of work and embraced the curls, let it grow long. Now, I love them and my husband can't stand it when I straighten my curls.

My elliptical does the same. I just change the calories to what my elliptical says as it has a HRM.

I have the same problem. My husband has helped me turn away from the kitchen. I'm not even hungry. It happens when I watch tv at night...not when I read. But, I want to watch tv sometime! :) lol

I'm 5'8 1/2" and my goal is 136. I like even numbers. :-) That's a size 6 for me and I would love to be in a size 6, again.
