    My husband and I own a Hot Shot Service (time sensitive deliveries..mostly for the Energy Industries)

    We also own a custom wood finishing shop. I do a LOT of heavy lifting, sanding, distressing, glazing, spraying, etc. VERY MANUAL LABOR!!!

    We also "flip" houses (remodeling). Another MANUAL LABOR job!

    I pretty much do it all!

    And you'd think with all that manual labor..that I would not have to be on a weight loss site..lol
