Do you juice the entire beet root as is?

I just got a juicer yesterday and was wondering if you can make a whole days worth of juice the night before. I don't have time in the morning. I keep reading how the juice has to be drank right away or you lose nutrients. Is this true?

I have the fitbit zip ($50) and LOVE it! I had the original fitbit one and liked that as well, but when I got a new one got the cheaper one bc I never used the sleep mode or cared about elevation (stairs). ^^this^^ You can't be getting all your nutrients from 800 calories, and then putting in 400 empty calories...AND working out more...you are not going to have a happy body.

I am a little over 4 months sober. It sounds like you are not happy with your relationship with alcohol. I would suggest seeking some help to deal with this. There are so many different recovery routes. Living sober has it's challenges, but it is so worth it. You are so worth it.

Great advice but Paleo wouldn't work for me. I can't stand eating meat. I will eat a little of it, but meat/chicken usually grosses me out. I wish I liked those items more.

For the last 7 days according to the numbers I have had a 4433 calorie deficit. Yet, I am 1.5 pounds higher. I have been eating Kashi everyday and have been, um, bloated and stinky, could that cause scale change?

I feel you...I often think this. I have been eating well and working out for 2 months and nothing is changing. Have you seen a doctor about this?

I'm 5'3" and 146 pounds. I have been from 117-153 and my "happy" weight is 127.

I am 5'3" and today was 148.5 I am comfortable at about 127-130. Acording to my fitbit I average 10,500-16,000 steps a day. I hate cardio- would love to never do it again!
