Kelly Coffey-Meyer-works!

Hi All,
something to share- I've been exercising off and on using MFP since April 2010. my abs have never felt sore....until now! it is the kind of sore where it hurts when I laugh. love it! I used 30 minutes to Fitness by Kelly Coffey-Meyer with Weights. I chose the mix with the abs. If you get it, you'll see what I'm talking about. I will incorporate her regularly because I can't believe my abs are this sore from 1 workout which I did on Wednesday.
Has anyone else used her and had any results? thoughts?

    She is nothing but the truth!! I have the same DVD, and yes she works it out! I will definitely be purchasing more DVDs by her. I've been using her for about 2 weeks mostly upper body strength training only and I've already seen some changes in my arms. I use her about 3x out of the week.

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE her dvds. I love how they are 30 minutes and get right to business. Fabulous!! Best workout dvds IMO.
