Fiber, gas, weight gain...Kashi to blame??
For the last 7 days according to the numbers I have had a 4433 calorie deficit. Yet, I am 1.5 pounds higher. I have been eating Kashi everyday and have been, um, bloated and stinky, could that cause scale change?

Fitbit users eating all their calories
MFP gives me 1420 calories to lose weight. I aim for about 1500-1600. I am on my feet at work and fitbit gives me usually at least a 500-600 calorie exercise allowance. Blue Diamond unsweeted almond milk
Just bought this and tried it for the first time today. It only has 40 calories per serving, but if you can drink skim milk I don't understand why one would drink this instead. Are there more health benefits? It has a lot less protein and more fat.

Horrible acne break outs
For the past 2 weeks I have cleaned up my diet and cut out simple sugars, bad fats, and alcohol. In that time my normally clear skin has broken out with small zits all over including my neck. My trainer said it is my body detoxing through my skin. Anyone heard of this? I feel so ugly!!!
