Great discovery and eating ice cream

I have been recording everything I eat- even on days I cheat all day. I used to never record the "bad" things I ate and after a few days I would say "screw it" and forget about eating healthy at all bc I'd figure what's the point. Anyway, I now know that one or two "bad" days is really nothing in the big picture. I ate fried food and cold stone creamery yesterday, but my weekly calories are still in the negative. Not enough to lose weight, but NOT enough to gain either. There is no point in beating myself up anymore over enjoying treats once in a while. My weight loss may not be as fast, but I will still lose.
I feel mentally free...I can have my cake and eat it too...as long as it's not everyday and I keep up activity. I've been so mean to myself for too long over food..and I don't have to be!
