I might could do one good push up...I had an assessment the other day and she had me doing push ups on my knees, I surprised myself by doing 17...where did that come from? I was told that I should be able to do at least 5 regular push ups but hmmm haven't tried that...guess that will be a goal I should work on.

Water aerobics 2x a week...except this week with Thanksgiving Sr aerobics 3x a week Sr Line Dancing 5x a week Zumba at least once or twice a week.

not sure what my goal will be for the end of this challenge but my ultimate goal when I reach goal weight is a massage...date with a day spa!

I can see a difference. Keep up the good work...my weight loss has been very slow but I am losing the inches and can tell in all my clothes. Looking good! :happy:

Hi, I am over 50 and have decided to try to get this weight off, started zumba and linedancing plus senior aerobics and now teaching some classes as a sub...enjoying it all and better shape that I have been in for several years....staying active has helped me lose weight.

I heard one time you should drink 64oz of water a day and for every 25 lbs overweight that you are you should drink an extra 8 oz...but drinking a lot is good ...
