Benching body weight? Nice. I'm almost there...!

I can help you get there girl! But there's no magic recipe. Where are you at now BMI and bf%-wise and what are you doing nutrition/exercise wise?

I'd go with the haddock salad and swap for a lighter dressing, and maybe not eat all of the potatoes depending how many they give you. Duck is very fatty and the hoisin sauce loaded with sugar. Tandoori chicken salad sounds good too, I'd just be careful with the cashews. This place looks very good though! Don't be scared…

History of ED here. Feel free to add me. I eat sometimes more and sometimes less than 1800, but could probably use some motivation to keep it more towards the more side!

If its not just a craving but actual hunger, then just also have something more nutritionally rounded like a nonfat greek yogurt with fruit.

Although I don't eat quite as much protein as you do, I eat a hell of a lot for someone my size (150g, I'm 92 lb). Although a majority of it does come from meat, greek yogurt, seafood, and eggs, I've found that you can add a significate amount of protein to your diet from non-protein foods. For instance I try to make at…
