I make my own, mixing salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and a bit of mustard powder depending on what I'm putting it on... other wise for meat I find a bunch of different low calorie dressings or sauces to put on it!! It's fun trying new and different seasonings.:glasses:

Yep, I'm apple shaped too but I am lucky in that I will lose the fat from my tummy first, just wish I could keep it off!! Keep going it will come off eventually!! Holly

my coffee with cream and sugar... hate the no cal sugar subs.... and I will not buy low or no fat cottage cheese! 2% or the 4% cuz I want it to taste good, I'd rather have 1/2 or 1/4 and enjoy it than to eat more and hate it... :) :drinker: :glasses:

It can work the opposite too, I weigh myself at the start of my period and wait a week and weigh again and I will have lost 5 pounds or more... and so I work that into a positive rather than worrying about how much I gain... it is what it is and its every month so I try not to let it get to me! :drinker: :tongue:

It sounds interesting... I wonder if they do tattoo eyeliner too?? that I would do if it didn't sound like it would be painful! I'm curious what people have to say about this! :ohwell:

Yes I had the same problem a few years back, I got down to 130 and was still a DD 38, so I talked with my doctor and he said he would recommend a breast reduction and that is what I did!! I never have regretted it and would do it again in a heart beat!! I am now a 36 C Holly

I'm 49 with three kids and two grand kids, I have lost 30 so far and I'm at 145 right now and want to try and lose that last 15 to 20, it's been harder for me to lose this last part than it was the first 30! I need motivation too!! Holly

My thought on MFP is it's here for everyone to learn to eat healthy, doesn't matter if your over weight under weight or right at your perfect weight we all need to learn to eat right and stay healthy! Hope your journey is sucessful!! :drinker:

yes, it could be that you walk with your arms at your side all the time, that is what I do unless I am jogging or running (which is not very often, lol) so I bet the blood goes to your hands and they swell.

It has helped me a ton... just keeping track of what you eat helps alot.... when I came here I had lost about 7 pounds already and now have lost 30 of the 50 I want to lose! You can do it too!!
