30 day shred

Just started 30 day shred. What does every log it as under exercise? Aerobics?

    I use a HRM and have added my own exercises called 30DS L1, L2 & L3. I think many folks log it as circuit training.

    I log mine as general aerobics.

    When I did it before I got my HRM I added it under aerobics -high impact. I havent dont it with my HRM yet, however I saw a post from a girl about two months ago on here that said she did it without her HRM and did it with her HRM and it was about the same as adding it under aerobics high impact.
