If you are not pregnant & you want your hair & nails to grow quickly you should take Kelp tablets, they are iodine so stimulate thyroid gland to speed metabolism up, they also prevent plaque sticking to your teeth lol. Can get them from Holland & Barratt. But do not take if pregnant!!

I eat out curry quite often, avoid the naan, there more cal's in that than the whole meal. Ask if you can have boiled rice instead of pilau. Anything that's served dry with the sauce separate is a good choice, then you can just have bit of sauce. Enjoy nom, nom, nom :-)
-
Thanks, I did try to look up the menu online as I do this often, so I don't make wrong choice when get there hungry, but they didn't have a website :-( I had olives as starter, chicken with tomato & veg sauce, with salad & small amount pasta on the side, again in a tomato based sauce. Try eating low gi, so that your blood sugar stays stable throughout the day, like brown rice, sweet potato, basmati rice, new potatoes, lots green veggies & NO processed food. Rick Gallop Gi diet book is ace. I eat 4 meals day & 2 snacks & rarely go over 1200 cals.
