Oh my gosh that whole menu looks AMAZING.

Calories aside - I would have:

Either, Potato skins, Fishcake or the Goats Cheese Tart for starters followed by the Mushroom Stroganoff or Steak for mean - YUM!

    8 oz GOURMET BEEF BURGER
Served with chips and salad and with or without cheese

I'd probably have a chicken salad for lunch (breaking my IF fast) and maybe 4 slices of ham as a mid-afternoon snack before the dinner so should still be within my calorie goal for the day. Plus I'd be too stuffed to eat a dessert - I usually can't fit it in unless it's just ice cream or something dull like that.

If you're going to be good I'd have soup & the mixed grill of fish, then you've got room for pudd :-)

    Menu sounds great, enjoy!

    I would go with
starter: Mussels thai style OR prawn cocktail OR Thai sea bass salad
main: 8 oz filet steak, no sauce, substitute a green veggie for potatoes OR braised lamb shank OR duo of salmon and sea bass
and then enjoy my dessert :)
  • I would go for the prawn cocktail (hold the sauce though!!) and a duo of salmon and seabass for my main :-) I love fish!! Then you can go wild with your dessert!!
