I use my iPhone more than I use my computer! I use MFP (of course), mapmytracks to keep track of all my runs/walks, etc. I also use Sworkit for trainer like workouts. A smart phone is a must have.. it's helped me so much throughout my journey. :)

I had a Bodybugg for years and LOVED it! Unfortunately, it doesn't link with MFP. I actually just got the Bodymedia armband 3 months ago because I liked the idea of both accounts working together.

I had the same problem with the arc trainer. I only lasted 3 minutes the first time I tried it. I hated that machine!! Now, I love it! You just have to keep going. Every time you use the machine, you'll be able to go farther and farther. I can now do up to 35 minutes! Same thing with the Elliptical machine. Good luck!…

I weighed myself this morning and I'm only up 1.8lbs. Not too bad! It could have been so much worse. I'm not gonna stress over it. Life is for living! The holidays only come once a year. This is a lifestyle change, I am rolling with the punches and will deal with the consequences. :) Back at it full force on the 1st! :)

1x/week I weigh in every Saturday morning. More than that is just overkill. My trainer only wants me weighing in every 2 weeks.. I can't wait that long though.. ha ha

I've only taken 2 classes and plan to go back tomorrow night. I feel the same way. I did have better luck in week 2 than I did my first go at it. Just laugh and have fun! That's what I do! Enjoy yourself.

I just turned 40 in June. Since the end of June, I've lost 20lbs and am working out 5-6 days per week. Age is just a number. We can do this! Feel free to add me as a friend and I will support you all the way to the finish line! :)

I'm 5'3 and currently 171lbs. I started at 188.4 and would be happy at 140. My ultimate goal is 130 though. Depending on the size of your frame, 105 seems low to me. I actually look good at 145-150 but would like to go lower this time.
