    thats amazing you look brilliant im 5''3 and started off at 203 im currently at 175 but aiming for 120-140 unsure yet lol but i hope i look half as good as you do thnks for the insperation #:D

    I am 5 foot 3. I didn't weigh myself at the peak of my obesity but when I joined mfp I was 203 pounds. I am now 126 pounds and I'm still 5 foot 3.

    Congratulations!! You look incredible! You were gorgeous in your before pictures too but now you look happy and healthy. Way to go!! I'm 5'3 too and I'm aiming for 130-135... almost there! lol

    I still feel like 'the fat girl' in my head - I have to actively remember that I'm now a normal weight. I do feel so much more confident though and I can do so many things now that I couldn't before. - I can run 10 miles which would have been impossible a few months ago! I can wear clothes I really like and not just what'll fit me / flatter me most! I've always horse ridden and I can ride smaller ponies which is fun!

    New problem I've discovered - sitting on floors / hard chairs hurts more (less padding!)

    What an amazing transformation, congrats! We're of the same height and current weight though your HW is about 30 lbs. more than mine so I can only imagined all the struggles that you have been through. You're an inspiration.
