Wow, You are an inspiration to me. I am a little under 5'3 and started at 217 but am now 202 and would love to get to where you're at! But I am wondering why mfp recommendations are different at 1600 calories?0

I am 5 foot 3. I didn't weigh myself at the peak of my obesity but when I joined mfp I was 203 pounds. I am now 126 pounds and I'm still 5 foot 3.
