I do tuna creations for snacks if I'm low on protein. The tuna creation come in packs and have a variety of favors and the single serving size is 80 calories with 18 grams of protein, and the bonus is they are easy to pack and carry plus they are like a $1.50 a pack sometimes cheaper.

I eat out but refuse to eat MC triple chin or Wendy's back fat. I usually eat subway when I eat out or a Caesar salad at restaurants.. I'm irritable about work trying to find happiness in what I do again I think that is what has killed my motivation. That still doesn't fix the hunger pains I have now.

I would say water only no additives the clear stuff. Most additives have almost the same chemical compound that is in soda but not carbonated fwiw.
