Best routine for men to tone up?
What is the best work out for men to tone up. I spent almost 2 hr in the gym 3-4 days a week and nothing seems to get the fat off . I don't want to get muscle bound I just want to show off what I got. Any routines out there you guys recommend other then video I fill like a tard doing those videos.

Stationary bike question.
So I left home without my HRM for my trip. I decided to go down to the hotel gym and do at least a 30 min cardio. I got on their stationary bike for 37 mins at a 18 mph avg. Now their machine indicated that I've burned 200 cals., but MFP indicated with a 12-14 mph avg I would burn 507 cal. My question is which one to use?…

HRM and yard work?
So quick question, can you log the calories burned from the HRM if you were mowing the lawn with a push mower? The reason why I ask usually the next day my legs and buttocks are usually sore.. So I figured that its a good cardio/light resistance training. Any insight would be appreciated.
