So quick question, can you log the calories burned from the HRM if you were mowing the lawn with a push mower? The reason why I ask usually the next day my legs and buttocks are usually sore.. So I figured that its a good cardio/light resistance training. Any insight would be appreciated.

You probably could. Whatever method works towards your goals! I personally don't log things like that. I included doing those kinds of chores when I picked my activity level, so I only log my actual work outs.0

probably could but a HRM isn't accurate over a long period of time.0

If it's significantly raising your HR then the monitor will be accurate. Sore muscles don't necessarily mean big calorie burns. Lifting isn't a big calorie burner but you get muscle soreness from the extra exertion.0
