Marinade?

Quick question, I'm trying to add an receipts to my foods. And I was wondering how would you log marinade. For example I would put a bottle of soy sauce and 1/4 cup of olive oil with two chicken breast in a plastic zip lock bag. After several hours I then take the chicken out of the bag and grill. The ziplock bag is still full of soy sauce. So how would you log the sauce?
