Tuna creation and workouts.

I'm a very stupid man and need simple explanation. For the guys who workout I've lost close to 30 pounds and need to lose a lot more, but I only need to lose 4 pound so I can interview with a forenign air carrier and I need to be under 30 BMI and I'm right at 30.5. I just started back working out again I was wondering I ate a tuna creation before a work out and synatha 6 post work out protein would that be a good start. I hate to workout because it seems like all I do is stay the same. I'm just can't break the 225 mark and need to get under 220 in the next two to three weeks

    Start with a 10-day juice diet. Go to www.jointhereboot.com.

    Then, after the juice diet, daily cardio of 30+ minutes, eating lots of protein and veggies..

    Slowly, start adding in other workouts.

    I like to use Tapout XT because I get both cardio and muscle toning from it.

    With the above plan, I've lost almost 40 lbs in the last year. Good luck.
