I've found that I just don't lose weight as fast if I'm not actively doing cardio. I'll see changes in my body from lifting, for sure, but I don't LEAN out as fast if I skip cardio. Which sucks, because I hate cardio. But what are you gonna do.. :D

Yeah, the only disadvantage to that bra is that it kind of confines you to a T-shirt for working out, because it comes up high in the chest. I like to work out in tank tops usually, but when I'm running/doing calisthenics in public, I stick to a baggy t-shirt now. But I don't care, because that bra is magic.

Fage 0% - all the protein, none of the sugar. Yogurt is ridiculously sneaky when it comes to having *kitten* loads of sugar - even if the cup is only 80 calories, sometimes you're still looking at 20+ g of sugar!
