Just started a 5 week programme to lift heavier, my stats as of last Tuesday are: 12th June 2013 Height: 5ft 4in Weight: 118lbs Right arm: 10in Left arm: 10in Chest: 34.5in Waist: SM 27.5in BB 29in Hips:33.5in Bum: 36in Right thigh: 21.5in Left thigh: 21.5in Just realised there is no calf measurement - sorry!

I'm doing squats on the squat rack up to 70kg, leg press on cybrex eagle machine 180lbs and lunges with 10kg dumbbells. Also Spinning and BodyPump class which use a lighter weight on the bar and higher reps and more bottom half movements. Deadlifts are also real good.

Thank you for taking the time and replying. Your results are quite interesting Mel and rlbs. I think I will reduce spinning to 350 and BodyPump to 400. I thought Les Mills was rather high in their sales jargon! I kinda knew that heavier people who were starting to exercise would burn higher calories as their body would be…

I have thought about getting a monitor, my weight isnt an issue as I have been around 8st since I can remember (apart from being pregnant and putting on 2st each time!) I am trying to work out how many calories I can eat back each day. Thanks anyway!
