65 lbs to lose which is about 4 1/2 stone I want to buy leathers for motorbike but not for the size I am now and once I've got them that'll be motivation to stay down as they ain't cheap n don't stretch

I'm just starting again but looking for extra motivation this time as I went it alone last time n got bored easily

I use the runtastic apps to log exercise, I only track at times where normally I would be exercising, ie when I walk to shop instead of driving or when purposely keeping busy doing jobs instead off sitting and watching TV it's amazing how it builds up, I try not to eat my exercise otherwise what's point doing it

I'm the same at work (trucker) I eat cereal for breakfast and lunch but when at home (days off and weekends) I can't stick to it and then find it hard to get back on track at work.

Avoided the sweets instead got myself some fresh mozzarella to go with my tea a slight indulgence but worth it for added flavour

The only way I've found that works to lose weight is on the cereal diet. Weetabix for breakfast and lunch and then about 1000 calories for tea but it's so so so SO BORING and as soon as I stop I put the weight back on
