Everything looks good in your diary. Carbs is the only thing that needs to be dropped. I'm eating 135 carbs a day. You should be eating between 120-140. Exercising is a big plus too. Right here. I need to get down to 170 and will probably weight a little more by the time I'm done lifting my weights for the next few months! 20 lbs is not easy to lose but just eat right and exercise and you'll be there in no time!
