Thank you. I'm in the healthy bmi range now for my height and whilst I don't feel completely happy I have to remind myself I don't necessarily see what they see, and I don't want to be silly and push myself too far and not be able to maintain. I am, however not at the moment as I'm at uni so not near my horse. heading back home tomorrow because he's moving so hoping to get in a little ride but I bet i'll be aching! we don't actually do anything per say, just enjoy each other (hopefully!)

It would depend on how much. I've put on weight mid-week but lost it again by my official weigh day so not recorded it but unless I put on more than a pound I would just keep note and just remember to not record it when you lose it again.

I thought it was accurate until I weighed myself after a bad day. It said I put on 4lbs, but my scales said 1lb. It also says that 11st is 71kg...

I have everything set to 1lb a week, that's fine for me. I've lost 23lbs in 18 weeks so averaging 1.2lbs a week.

Yeah I figured it'd be pointless but just wanted to know what others thought. As for eating the crusts, bread can make me heave/gag anyway, I'm not a big bread fan but since dieting I've increased my intake. I'm never over my carbs so it's not a worry from that point of view, I was just curious.

I know how you feel. I can see a difference in my photos, and the smaller size trousers fit better but I can't see any difference in the mirror :/ If you don't already then take photos :)
