Sausage meat from butchers?
I was just wondering how to calculate this, obviously will weigh the meat but I couldn't really find a generic one. I was thinking I could just list it as the same weight in packaged sausages? I'm hoping being from a butchers it will be slightly healthier than a processed sausage!

Bread related query..
I'm a pretty fussy eater and one of the things I avoid is the crusts on my bread. I always enter the exact amount but figured I'm eating less because I don't eat the crusts. Should I just leave it and be happy to know I'm slightly under, or should I reduce what I've recorded by half a slice or so? I'm not fussed either…

Net intake question.
I was just wondering, am I supposed to go by my net intake (on my front page) or by my food diary to ensure I eat enough? I am up to 1370calories in my diary but my net is only 858 due to exercise. Does this mean I need to eat more?
