I was just wondering how to calculate this, obviously will weigh the meat but I couldn't really find a generic one. I was thinking I could just list it as the same weight in packaged sausages? I'm hoping being from a butchers it will be slightly healthier than a processed sausage!

The cals and fat content would be about the same, the healthier part is it shouldn't have preservatives and other crap in it.0

Ok, thank you. I'll just enter it as normal sausages then,0
