I have hit my first official target of 150lbs by 27th March, I am actually now 149.4lbs so I have beat my goal!!

I tried to do some comparison photos and I can see a difference in some, but not so much in others!

I love this site, everyone is so helpful and friendly!!!!!

I enjoy reading the other success stories so keep it up everyone!!! xxx

    You can upload photos to a free service like Photobucket, which will give you a link something like this (when you click on the Share button):
    running.png

    Paste it into your post and change and to lower case :o)
