Lost 6lb in first week of diet. Love the green healthy gut smoothie and am having raw cider vinegar before meals. So far so good !

Thank you all for your advice. I haven't read up on macros at all. I don't eat carbs at last meal of day as a rule. Last Saturday was a one off. Will take all advice on board and hopefully will have a good loss next week. Thanks again!

I do water aerobics circuit training cardio at gym Pilates and swimming. Each session is an hour

I weigh all food and also use the barcode scanner. I hope it is that I am eating at maintenance as I can rectify that. I just feel that with all my exercise and not eating those calories back I should be losing a decent amount of weight each week even if I do go over one or two days. I don't eat back the exercise calories. They are usually 3 to 400 a day

I have my fit bit synced with mfp so all steps are converted to exercise. I do complete an exercise class 5 days a week either circuit swimming or Pilates. I am not going to eat back my exercise this week and will see what happens.

Thank you everyone. I do my porriporridge with water and do have digital scales. I have not always counted veg but will start. I use a fit bit to work out calories burned. I feel much less devastated Thanks!

I love c ouch to 5k. I have it on my kindle and run on a treadmill that I bought off eBay. I have always hated running but this app has helped me actually enjoy it! I also put a radio on the kindle at the same time. With 6 stone 3 to loose I am not small but I manage it fine.
