    u look amazing there.past few years Im trying to lose a 100lbs too but as u said cant reach more than 5 lbs.im so happy for u.really hope to lose 100lbs as soon as possible too.wish me luck

    Fantastic girl!! With adding resistance training, u might gain at first but building that muscle will burn that fat! KEEP GOING! Great job sister!!!!

    Had to reply to this - cause today I got on the scale after hitting the gym pretty hard last week, and I did gain, but lost CRAZY inches lol so I'm super excited. Sometimes the scale isn't what you should rely on for success proof.

    So glad I can finally share this! Been trying to get to 100lbs lost for a month now, kept teetering between the same 5lb up and down. I think I've officially reached it, so here's a pic!! Lot's of cardio (mostly walking/running/elliptical), only recently started strength training. Just praying I can keep it all going. Still have another 100 to lose!
