It depends on the individual really. I am 5'10 and roughly 135 and I am healthy. Because of my body chemistry 135 is fine, but for someone else that may be unhealthy. Know your body, and remember that health and fitness are not completely measured by numbers on a scale. :)

I think this is a great idea! :) I am currently working up to doing a plank for 30 seconds. Little goals seem much more attainable than huge vague ones.

Hello there! I would love some more support as well. In theory all eating plans seem so simple. Then once you go back into the real world, things get more complicated. My issue is that I have a great diet while I am at home, but when I am out of the house(class etc) it is very hard for me to resist temptation sometimes.

As long as you are getting enough nutrition(all your vitamins and some carbs etc) you should be okay. I would not be worried about your body going into starvation mode. If you want to add more calories though, try to do it in the most nutritionally dense way as possible. For example, adding more fruits to oatmeal,…
