  • Hi! I am 5'3 and 178. I know that I want to weigh no more than 135. I will see how I look before deciding if I want to lose more. I hope to weigh at least 135 before Christmas.
  • I try to do my work-out in the morning if not it the morning right after work because if I do not I will find an excuse not to exercise.
  • I joined a C25k group. I will jog three days a week and I enjoy spinning classes so I will do this 2x a week.

  • Great job! I will post a great after shot on 12/31/13. I like the whole idea of not depriving yourself. Everything in moderation. We are overweight because we eat too much. So eating less and moving more is the way I plan to lose it.
  • You might try lean cuisine frozen salad entrees! They are great you microwave the entree (salad toppings) and pour them over lettuce. They are great and run less than $3 per meal.
  • It is so hard to change. Today, I had to return some items and so the girls and I picked up McDonalds. I had a small fry and cheese burger. A total of 587. So it was kinda of an expensive lunch. I do not want to be on a super restricted diet. I just want to watch my calorie intake. I do not want to eat more than 1200…

  • 1. I have 2 girls. 4 and 1. 2. Two is enough 3.normal delivery 4. Right now I lift weights 3 times a week and I bike and walk with my girls 5. I want to be a good role model. I do not want to pass my weight issues to my girls.
