The kids love it, well worth the effort........ours is Bruce.

Is this a serious question? What's the difference between not having appendages and working out and having 3 kids and working out? Quite a bit in my book.

I don't understand the point she is trying to make. Who is her audience and what is she gaining by posting this photo? Maybe I'm old fashioned but I believe in a little bit of humility. I'd really like to see before photos too. Did she lose 100 lbs, 50, 10? Was she rock hard before the kids?

There's no shame in being unemployed or living with your parents at your(our) age unless you accept it and don't try to better the situation. You don't so go and have a great time. What better way to network than with a room full of successful peers.

It was totally tongue in cheek but here are a couple of observations. 1. They have a bad relationship, be glad he broke it off. 2. Your parents made a decision to spend their money(even though its a horrible decision based on the age and maturity of the couple) the way they wanted, shame on them. They should be equally…

So, they "always fight" and have a terrible relationship and you're upset that one selfish person broke off the wedding to another 18 year old selfish person? I agree, you should fight tooth and nail to get those two back together so your folks can get their money's worth.

I'm not as smart as most but just to clarify- An 1800 calorie/day diet consisting of french fries, cookies, hot dogs, white bread, spaghetti-o's and beer is equal to an 1800 calorie diet of chicken, fish, nuts, avocodo and vegetables and fruit as long as there is a calorie deficit?

Supper. If its good enough for Charles Ingalls its good enough for me.

That's a great present and like the above poster stated, this doesn't just have to be for Christmas. I'd also like to say(speculate) that your husbands "peaked interest" doesn't have anything to do with your new physical appearance but more to do with your new confidence and energy. I'm sure he's always thought you were…

Nah, just get a pair of crotchless panties, they'll accomplish the same thing without all that work.

Hands down the best protein in my book. I need to kill one still for Christmas dinner. I have an awesome recipe for a bacon wrapped backstrap that's to die for.

The entire situation is disrespectful IMO. Sad to say but he doesn't sound like he's willing to change for your sake. I'm hoping he loves his daughter more than that. If he does, someone needs to explain to him that this is exactly what she will expect in her future husband. I'd ask him if he wants his daughters husband to…

Insanity-all are between 500 and 1000 depending on the month/workout. Lots of muscle training too.

Nope, I had at least 25 different pieces. Snickers, kit kat, Milky Way, 3 musketeers.............you get the idea. I hope my kids didn't take inventory before bed.

I think a lot depends on where the guy and girl are at relationship wise. I'm married now so I would NEVER cross that line with a female friend and disrespect my wife. When I was single, I had married guy friends with hot wives who were also friends and I would have NEVER crossed that line either. When I was single and had…

I'll post from a mans perspective. I find my wife smoking hot no matter what she weighs but I can DEFINITELY tell when she gains or loses weight and so does the OP's husband. My wife is somewhat lucky in that she can lose it fairly quickly when she tries and she'd admit that. Even though I've noticed I've never said…

24. If I just eat several bites of cake out of the pan the calories don't really count as if I had an actual "piece".

Pure Protien-frosty chocolate. I only mix it with water.

The first advice I can offer is to have fun! The second would be to learn to butcher your own game. To me, that's just as much a part of the hunt as anything(not saying anything about guys that have it butchered, I just think it "extends" the experience). The third piece of advice is hunt smart. Quantity doesn't equal…

I don't think MFP has it. I have a heart rate monitor and have tracked most of the routines multiple times. I'd be happy to share my results if you want.

8 egg whites, 2 -3 slices of deli ham/turkey, broccoli and a pinch of low fat cheese. I eat this every single day. Low fat, high protien, very minimal carbs.

Head asploadeded.

My knees did get sore but my back is a TRAINWRECK! After doing insanity twice I had planned on doing a hybrid of P90X and Insanity but I finally had to just take some time off, which is killing me. Do what the DVD says, don't compromise form EVER. I didn't do a good enough job of that. I'm sure the same could be said for…

You and I must have been separated at birth. I have the same sleeping issues too and the overhang can pop up in one "good" weekend. The moral of the story is that some of us have a problem and need to take care of it. My hats off to the OP for taking the first step!

I'm going to ask what is the composition of your diet? In case I don't get back to it I'd suggest South Beach Diet. It's a high protein, high fiber, low sugar plan and I think it works well for a certain body type. I did it and it works well even without excercising.
-
I'm not going to give you a label because it really doesn't matter, you've decided to make a change and alot of us have been in the same boat I will speak to your point though about alchol and weight gain. Even though they are empty calories, I think there's more to it that makes the body add fat. I've tried doing it "my…

I've done two rounds. It's a super program but I will say that I hurt my back(my own falt) doing it. The urge to "keep pushing" gets really strong at times so just be sure not to push beyond good form. Good luck and throw out the scale, it's irrelevant.

I've done both and they are both awesome. I'm currently doing the strength training of p90X Monday, Wednesday,Friday and the more intense cardio(pure cardio, max interval circuit, and core cardio and balance) from Insanity Tuesday,Thursday, and Saturday. I have found for me this is the best of both worlds. If I had to…

When I first saw the commercial I almost cried. I was an overweight adolescent so I know the pain. HOWEVER, after watching the interview on the Today show, I didn't get the sense that he or his mother felt his weight was an issue. Nike never said they would check up on him, Matt Lauer is the one who suggested that. The…
