I’m also in the 40’s club and couldn’t believe how easy it is to gain weight once 40 crept up! I am getting better about logging but still find myself going over my calories a lot of days. The struggle is real, but glad to see I’m not the only one

Hi! Glad to hear your little girl is ding well with the program she is in! Yes,I totally know how you feel - even though we don't have our son official diagnosed, we know he is somewhere on the spectrum and after his educational diagnosis of developmental delay and them agreeing he shows some autistic characteristics, I…

Hi Devon, I'm Julie and my youngest son just turned 4 and is on the spectrum. He is in a wonderful special education preschool for his developmental delay, but they know that he is also on the spectrum with characteristics of autism and is treated with a lot of therapy for it. We are waiting til he is older to get into an…

Hi! My youngest son has developmental delay and is on the spectrum as well. I actually typed in the word "autism" on the community search and found this post. I have been doing Myfitnesspal very on and off for the past year and it is time for me to start taking care of myself more as well. It is so hard!

Your eating sounds much more normal compared to theirs. They probably binge when they get home if they eat that little! It actually doesn't sound like you eat that much!

I totally know what you mean! I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old. The only time I can really exercise is when my husband watches them.

Maybe you can try myfitnesspal really seriously for a given time to see if it works for you instead of the surgery? I don't have very much weight to lose, but I love food, and I found that this program really encourages me to exercise because then I can eat more! It's like a reward and I appreciate food a bit more instead…

Feel free to add me! I just started about a week ago too, and like it so far, but I know I'll need motivation to stick with it too. :)

This is very inspiring to see! I'm about 5'4" also and just a few pounds under your starting weight, so it gives me hope! :)

I'm glad to hear this! I've noticed that when I eat a lot of fruit it puts me over in sugar just as much as when I eat chocolate. I'm going to ignore the fruit sugar grams.

Just enjoy it, and try to watch what you eat but not count calories.....My Fitness Pal will be here when you're ready to get back on it after the baby is born and you've had time to recover!

This pumpkin oatmeal with peanut butter is the only kind that really keeps me full. Here is the link in case you want to try it! I have to put nuts and a little brown sugar in it otherwise to make it filling on it's own:…

Hi, I was so pumped with fluids that i didn't really show any weight loss with my first baby until about a week later. With my youngest, I weighed about 10 -12 lbs less the day I got home and then didn't start weighing myself again until about a week later, but I kept losing weight from there. I still have about 10lbs. I…

Hi! I'm new here, but I always get bloated before my period too. I don't start losing it until a day or two after my period starts. Not sure if I'll weight myself during the PMS weeks!

Thank you everyone! :-)

Hello! I'm new here and decided to join after getting tired of counting WW points. I lost weight before having kids on WW, but looking back on it was pretty hungry most of the time and had a hard time keeping it off. Since having both of my kids (youngest almost 2), I've tried going back on WW, but always lose track of the…
