For a light snack, I will eat baby carrots and dip them in the Hidden Valley Ranch powder. You get all the flavor w/o the fat.

I had searched and done research for a HRM. I ended up buying the Polar RS100. It is inexpensive, yet a great tool to help you get back to a healthy lifestyle. It has simple features and is easy to learn. It also learns with you. I would recommend it. I got it off of Amazon for nothing.

I would log it as water. The same goes for those drink enhancers (MIO, etc.) My work's water supply is supposedly "filtered" but has quite the twang to it. I add in a shot of MIO with every bottle and it takes that aftertaste away. Good rule of thumb for water intake...Take your body weight, divide it in half and that's…

Thanks for the website waters. I found a similar page off of the c25k website and downloaded all the podcasts. I'm excited about this because I think it will help me to get through the program. Will be nice to have someone telling me when to run and walk so I can focus on getting fit.
