  • Something that's helped me tighten my belly in the past is whenever I'm working out, whether it's walking on the treadmill or whatever to hold my ab muscles taught and keep good posture. Poor posture can cause the pooch to look bigger too. i have poor posture mostly from breastfeeding i think. im a slouch monster.
  • 20 lbs! Just saw a friend at the gym today and I texted her after telling her how I'd been kicking my butt at the gym and have lost 20lbs since thanksgiving and she said she could see it in my face though she didn't know whether to say anything or not lol. i only started using MFP religiously about two weeks ago.

  • Thank you ladies! I layered a couple tank tops and tucked the under one into my yoga pants today and it seemed to help a bit. It's just so distracting when you're trying to work out and your tummy is hitting your knees and you get a boob in the eye ;)
