You could be overestimating your exercise calories, therefore eating more than you should be by eating them back? Just a thought though. Good luck! :)

i dont see any harm in extra meat at dinner. if it increased your calories, i dont see why. as previous posters have said you could also eat icecream lol

Try having some meat other than grilled chicken? since chicken is fairly low cal. maybe pork or salmon or beef?

The biggest thing is getting your heart rate up and keeping it up for at least an hour a day to burn fat. Starting at a higher weight reasonably you can do less to achieve this. Such as walking 3mph - 4mph, cycling at a steady speed, swimming, etc. Don't push yourself, aim to improve your time over time and keep at it :)

My son is 9 months old! I'm down 30 pounds from my pre pregnancy weight of 200 lbs, well on my way to a healthy weight :) I'm breastfeeding as well, but my son is older so i can cut calories more so than someone with a newborn..

I think you're over thinking it. If you truly want to maintain, you need to get over the fear of gaining, learn to incorporate higher calorie things and relax. Like everyone's said if you gain one week you know you went over, so you scale back, weight again the next week. I'm sure it's hard but you won't gain back 60 lbs…
