Nope, maintained. I agree with fellow bloggers that it's probably water from all the salt (Honeybaked Ham mmmm:laugh: ). And throughout the rest of the weekend, I ate other things that I shouldn't have. But I'm not beating myself up about it. Such is life. I'm gonna lace up today and start a new week and so should you!!…

I know! That's like some Lance Armstrong stuff lol!

Yes I think you're right (in theory  ), but change your goals on here to check your calculation!

i haven't eaten anything yet today (which is the pits for the metabolism!). I'm hungry so I hope I won't overdo lunch! :explode:

GOOD JOB! :flowerforyou:

Wow, I didn't know you had to have a biopsy to diagnose Celiac and IBD. Have they done the lab workup on you as well? I guess a colonoscopy/endoscopy doesn't hurt, but make sure they cover all their bases first. And as with the previous blogger, make sure you get ALL your drugs if you get scoped. You won't feel a thing!…

Hilarious! If only it were that simple...

Try half of a protein shake before and after your workout. It usually has the the right combination of fats, proteins and sugars to give you a boost. Good luck!:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

Thanks! I will try that :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

That sounds really good! How did you roast your sweet potatoes? I love baked sweet potato fries, and any variations  :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

I feel your pain  .. I've been going with the US or metric measurements. Usually (and hopefully) when it's a different measurement, they will put it in parenthesis, like (Canadian) or (UK). You just have to be careful and double check the info, since a lot of it is member submitted. And if it is correct, be sure to…

I agree... anything in water. Not the wimpy jazzercise in water though. At my gym, they have a class called H20, and they work your *kitten* off lol. Spinning and low impact dancing are good on the knees as well. When I started working out again on a regualr basis, I was rollerblading and running/walking and this quickly…

I would just go with a large bowl of the tortilla soup as well... That sounds really yummy. Good luck:flowerforyou:

I work and commute so my son and I leave home at 6:30 am and we sometimes don't get home until 6:30 pm by the time I pick him up. If you add in my gym time 5 days a week and his after school activities, McDonald's starts to look REALLY good on the way home. What works for me is to never let myself get that hungry. When I…

lol...pick a vice. Red meat , bacon, or the Krispy Kreme. You can't have all of them....

I didn't eat breakfast which was a HUGE no-no (I'm usually passing out by lunchtime if I don't)... So eating breakfast for me is the key..

Funny!

I'm addicted to the Cocoa/Vanilla Puffs! I can eat a WHOLE BOX by myself. I just stopped buying them.

Good for you!! :flowerforyou:

Yes...uber is such a funny word

I think it's eating smaller meals more frequently throught the day. My temptation period is after lunch and before dinner (around 3 or 4 o'clock) so sometimes I eat half of my lunch for lunch and the other half for snack. I agree with fiber and whole grain stuff, it does help. And of course when you exercise, you get a few…

Congrats! It has changed my life as well. I can't wait till the end of the day to see my progress and its ok even if I've had a bad day! Good luck! :flowerforyou:

Mmmm.... I love chai tea. I've been thinking of a way to make it and not spend big bucks at Starbucks or on the Boathouse Farms soy version... Thanks!

Don't deprive yourself or you'll crave it sooo bad and just want to binge... Plan for it. Have a treat day.. I plan for my chocolate days because I know for a fact I'm going to have them. (I'm also keeping a menstral cycle diary and have found that a lot of my bad food cravings are hormonal!) On those days, I just have a…

I've been to a yoga class with mirrors all around and I was the biggest person in the room.. Very disturbing cause I don't think I'm huge or anything LOL... I just concentrated really hard on my form and posture during poses and it took me away from everything.. It was like I was the only person in the room after awhile!!!…

I read somewhere that it takes about 8 weeks from the time you start eating well and exercising for your body to "catch up" with the program and start losing weight lol. I've been working out and eating (sort of) decently for about eight weeks now and I'm just starting to see the scale move. I too lost inches in my thighs…

I like the Garden of LIfe brand. I've added a couple of tablespoons to my smoothie or fresh blended fruit juice as a supplement or meal replacement and you can hardly notice the taste. It will make your drink a nasty green color though lol. I think they have smaller sizes for less, so try one of those before you spend too…

The Kellogg Protein shakes are really good and they really do fill you up for a while... Vanilla and Chocolate and I think a 12oz bottle is 120 calories...Make sure they're extra cold and enjoy!

I started with 2 tablespoons just as a stool softener. And I don't think it matters what kind of olive oil

I have a 6 year old son that went through the exact same thing when he was about 3. His poo would be the size of an orange and would be hard as a rock...we had to get it out manually a couple of times..he would cry and cry and it was horrible! But what worked for us was a combination of the things the bloggers have posted.…
