AHH! Just noticed that the new tin of Nestle Nesvita Pro-bones milk I've been using the last week is LOW FAT not FAT FREE. That means I have to change all this weeks food diary. How many more calories will that be? :explode:

Getting to the reason of my post - Foods listed have various measurements. My concern is to the units being used by everyone. What is a cup?

1 cup (US) = 8 fl oz
1 cup (meteric) = 250ml
1 cup (UK) =300ml
1 fl oz (US) =1.0408 fl oz (UK) = 29.574 ml
1 gallon (US) = 0.8327 gallon (UK) = 3.78541 L Too extreem I know, but do you get the point?

I presume this is a US based site and cups, oz, fl oz etc are US volumes. Just afraid the some of MFP's international members may not realise the differences when posting food values and recipes.

By the way 1 Kilo Joule = 23.89 Kcal (Cal)

I feel your pain  .. I've been going with the US or metric measurements. Usually (and hopefully) when it's a different measurement, they will put it in parenthesis, like (Canadian) or (UK). You just have to be careful and double check the info, since a lot of it is member submitted. And if it is correct, be sure to check the yes box. I usually go with the stuff that's been confirmed by a couple of other different people....

    Good luck! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
